At the heart of our cuisine is Chef Paul Haddad, who has been sharing his passion for Lebanese cuisine with Barcelona for over 26 years. Born and raised in Beirut, Paul honed his craft in the hospitality industry and uses traditional Lebanese techniques to create all of his dishes. From rich spices to comforting aromas, his cuisine offers a taste of Lebanon’s vibrant culinary culture.
